Privacy Policy

MakeIt4Me is a product of Lookahead Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). MakeIt4Me is a SketchUp plugin that lets your own AI coding agent control your SketchUp session. This policy explains what data the MakeIt4Me website and licensing service collect, why, and who processes it on our behalf. Questions? Email support@makeit4me.net.

Anonymous usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits to makeit4me.net and see where they come from (referring sites, country, browser, operating system). It does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Visit counts are derived from a hashed, anonymized signal that cannot be used to identify or track you across sites or over time.

License activation data. When you activate or validate a MakeIt4Me license, the plugin sends your license key along with a randomly generated install identifier, a machine identifier, and the plugin version. We store these so we can enforce per-license seat limits, deliver update notifications, and provide support. We do not receive or store the contents of your SketchUp models or your prompts.

Email you send us. If you email support or feedback, we keep your message and address to reply and improve the product.

Waitlist email. While checkout is unavailable, you can leave your email address to be notified when it reopens. We store that address (with the page you left it on and the originating IP) solely to send you that one notification. It is not added to any mailing list, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. We do not sell your data. Your SketchUp models, reference files, and the prompts you give your AI agent go directly to the AI provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI, or another) — they do not pass through us.

We rely on a small number of processors to run the service:

• ·Vercel — website hosting and anonymous web analytics.
• ·Polar — checkout, payment processing, and licence key delivery. Polar is the merchant of record for your purchase, so your billing details are handled by Polar under their own privacy policy and we never see your full payment information.
• ·Lemon Squeezy — our previous payment processor, used for purchases made before 28 July 2026. It still holds the billing records for those orders under its own privacy policy. No new purchases go through it.

We keep license activation records for as long as your license is active and as needed to provide support and updates. Anonymous analytics are aggregated and retained by Vercel on a rolling basis. You can ask us to delete the data tied to your license at any time.

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@makeit4me.net and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above.
